Some ticket and tour links are affiliate links, including links to GetYourGuide and Headout. If you book through one of them, we may earn a commission from the provider. We do not add any fee.

How to spot them

Affiliate links carry a short label next to the link, and they are marked as sponsored for search engines.

Links that are not affiliate links

Links to official museum websites and official ticket offices are plain links. In our journal, hotel links go to each hotel’s own website, and we earn no commission from them.

Our independence

Commissions never decide which museums, tours or hotels we recommend. We point out honest drawbacks, and we send you to the official ticket office whenever it is the better choice.
